This happened to me roughly twelve years ago in an old farmhouse that was recently renovated. My parents had left to go to Devils Lake for the day. I was there alone, which was nothing new. The majority of the morning I had a feeling I was being watched, but I tried to ignore the feeling. I realized your mind would play tricks on you when you were in a new area and alone.
I was watching TV in the front room, and the hair on the back of my neck

stood up. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I happened to see something out of the corner of my eye and looked at the side window by the back door. I saw

an older man looking through the window at me, but he was a grayish white color. I only saw him for a few seconds; the face smirked at me then moved away from the window. I went to the window right away and did not see anyone out there.
Being in the middle of nowhere I wanted to be safe, so I grabbed a gun and ran outside to the area I saw him in the back of the house. I saw no one out there anywhere. There were no vehicles around except my truck.
