I also lived on the base on J Street apartment in 1999-2005. It was November an we just got done eating with our neighbors. I was at their house doing the dishes, they lived right next door to us. I was 2 months pregnant with my daughter at the time. I was washing the dishes and I felt like something was watching me and I turned to look and I saw a black shadow move away from the doorway. the front and back door before I went upstairs to take a shower. While in the shower I heard someone walk up the stairs and walk around the upstairs.
I heard the footsteps go back down the stairs. I called for my husband and his friend at the same time. I thought maybe one of then came home to get something.
