There has also been the strong scent of cigar smoke in the sitting room. The ghost of this young girl is the only apparition we have seen wanderin the house and we also believe that she strongly dislikes stiches because of the fact that my cousin had gotten a cut requiring stiches, and the next morning he woke up his stiches had been torn open and he recalled feeling as if someone was stroking his arm as he was sleeping.

Comment by anonymous: It's on south 5th Street right before the Point Bridge. Had a friend live in that house for 8 years. He never mentioned any strange occurrences but who knows.
Comment by anonymous: Is this house across from the water plant? When I was a kid my aunt rented a house by the Point Bridge that was scary. I swear I used to hear people walking around at night.
Comment by Harley: It's definitely haunted. I currently live there as of 2019. Books have also flown off of shelves in the parlor while I've been here. I've seen a black figure running down the upstairs hall. There were footsteps inside the wall, and once it was like they were breathing. There are there are often random knocks on the front door when nobody is there.
