During the morning of may 25th my husband called me to explain something that just had happened. He was around 107th Ave NW and 23rd around Keene, North Dakota when he was driving home from a location while working.
He was not able to see fully in the fog, as he was driving a small boy ran out in front of him and he could not avoid him and he struck him with his truck. He froze in panic and stopped the vehicle.
As he went to find the boy and see the

damage the truck driver behind him came running screaming and asking if the child (the little boy) was OK. There was no trace of a little boy. The drivers

in confusion went to nearest house and explained they had just hit a child and could not find the body.
The residence of the home explained in the late 1950s early 1960s a boy was playing in the road and a truck struck and killed the little boy in the middle of a heavy fog. Story states the boy comes out during a fog and runs out in front of trucks replaying it's history.
Husband explained he felt the impact from the child....
