Our home in Sheldon is haunted by something or someone that pushes us down the stairs. I was warned of this by the previous owners. They told us that ''something was wrong with the stairs''. Luckily the stairs are padded and carpeted but I worry that one of us will be seriously injured.
Our house is very old (mid 1800's) and was said to be a Catholic rectory. We were told that no one ever died here but I wonder. Also we are only a few feet from

the church and I suspect elderly ''ghosts'' come here for comfort.
After purchasing the house we installed rails along the stairs but everyone in my
|
family has ''fallen'' down them.... More than once. I rarely go upstairs but venture up to shower and was clearly pushed down them twice.
This past winter we opened our home to a homeless family from Florida and many others who came to North Dakota to find jobs. Happily the entity on the stairs approved of all the hub-bub in the house didn't push any of them and quit rustling around the dining room.
