In 2000, my wife and I stayed at the F. Hotel in Deadwood on the second floor. It was our first of many trips to the F. First, let me explain a little about myself. I come from a long line of ''spooky'' people whose spirits come back and manifest. My father's side of the family has a spiritual link to one another, in which family members let each other know of their passing. more startling than the ones I have had in Deadwood. My mother only believes in ghosts, due to the constant spiritual activity around her, while married

to my father. She claims that she has not had ONE ghostly happening since they divorced. She honestly thinks that my dad and his family are some sort of gateway to the afterlife. I am college-educated, level-headed, and am open to any possibilities. However, I also thought that those with outlandish ghostly experiences were either lying or crazy. I have always secretly hoped that I did not have the spiritual properties that my family displays.
