But hey, I didn't write it. Just relaying the theory. And then there are the ghost theories. Whatever they are. They have never really seemed all that concerned with people. It was more like they were in route to a destination.
I myself only saw them in a few places. And it is too fast to truly see what it is. Just black misty blurs.

I came across someone from South Dakota and was told about the base. There was some type of Energy coming from the man who had knowledge on certain sightings within the perimeter.

I don t live on base but in a housing development from the mid 1970's. However I feel this is pertinent to the base since we are so close in proximity. I live in Box Elder and my one story comes from approx.
Six years ago. I was sitting quietly after a day of work and a shower just relaxing on a Friday evening. It was early summer and just becomming dusk so all the lights were off but the home had a slight light before the sun fell down for the evening.
