There is a house in Goodwin that has a stone basement and in this house. All is well most of the time. But in the midnight hours and you are upstairs, you will hear people talking downstairs. Like they are fighting but there's no one down there.
My brothers and I would hear them many times before we went to sleep. I wander who lives there now.
