When I was in college last year I had to spend a few late nights in Beadle Hall. On more than one occasion I heard foot steps coming from upstairs. I decided one night in April to gather my courage and go upstairs.
The room the footsteps was coming from was closed and no lights on. I got a cold feeling run over me moments later. Did not see anything though. Was very creepy.

My husband's father lives here in Madison, SD on Madison Lake. A few years ago everyone got drunk and went to bed late at 1 a.m. I heard the kitchen drawer open and shut, so I figured it was my husband's mother. I went out to go to the bathroom, and no one was in the living room. Another time last year (2019) my friend and I had just settled down to relax, and as I was about to fall asleep, something literally hit the roof! No scatter. No running. Nothing. It was just a huge pound. I told her it was not the first time stuff has happened. We are currently here (05/08/2020) camping in the yard, and I'm paranoid.

Beadle is creepy at night. I was walking down 6th Street at night alone, tying to enjoy the nice weather before school gets busy, and the temperature dropped. Suddenly I heard a scream coming from the campus. I figured it was just someone else goofing around at first. Then I heard it again. I looked towards the campus and the beadle. It looked like some kind of shadow figure was standing out by the door of the building. I stopped for a second to take a better look. Shadow suddenly moved and disappeared back towards the door. I immediately started running.
