I stepped outside of my apartment to snap a picture facing the parking lot out front. When I went to view the pictures I came across this one. You can clearly see a face in the fog. For the record it was a clear night, not foggy at all. This fog was not there when I took the picture. I did not see it with the naked eye. I haven't had any weird experiences living here so not sure why this turned up. - Ghost picture submitted by Sw Comment by Jeff: Probably just a coincidence. Matrixing.
