In 1990 a friend and I were at Memorial Park walking through the rose bushes. It was a bright sunny day. The park wasn't exactly filled with people, but there were people scattered about. As we were walking, I noticed, out of the corner of my eye, a man sitting on a bench near the flood memorial fountain. He was just sitting there, kind of looking down. It was as if he was thinking about something. He had tanned skin and dark hair, like a Native American

or someone of Hispanic descent. He had dark green slacks, nice shoes, and a white collared button up short sleeve shirt. I guess the slacks were what

really caught my attention. They weren't really of the style of the day. I mean, elderly people were still wearing them in the 90s, but this man was maybe in his mid thirties.
I lifted my head to catch a look at him, and no one was sitting at that bench. Confused, but ready to just brush it off, I looked back at the roses. There he was! He was still sitting in the same position, on the same bench. I could see him out of the corner of my eye! I looked
