The old brick house I have seen ghostly short figures stare at me from the windows. Also I get some odd feelings in the church. Not sure what that is about.

Throughout the course of my childhood there were several times I can remember feeling like I was being watched. When I got into my teens I started feeling the presence more from the stairs and my upstairs room-closet.

Anyway nothing really happened until one night while I was home for Christmas. I was talking to my girlfriend on the phone at around 1:45 am when I heard the stairs creaking in the same manner as it does when someone walks down.
I assumed it was one of my family members coming downstairs for something as they were all asleep. I happened to have told my gf to hold on since I didn't want to scare whoever was coming downstairs when I got a scare myself.
A woman's voice called slightly at a 'raised voice' to ''get out of here! '' I paused not recognizing the voice as my mother's (the only woman in the house) and when I called out I got no reply. I was freaked out and every since then I feel more and more like I'm being watched.
