This is a bed and breakfast inn, in Bayfield, Wisconsin. I did not see this when the photo was taken. There was no one on the veranda. But when I downloaded the photo to the computer, there it was. Clearly there is a woman standing on the veranda between the second and third pillars.
She is in a dark colored skirt, a light and long top with a bluish over wrap or coat of some kind. I think she is dated to the end of the 19th century or beginning of the 20th century. I don't know the history of this b and b.
I would love to know if anyone has heard of or seen spirits in that location before.
