In governors hall on the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire campus a ghost of a young man has been seen in the hall and in a room where he is presumed to have committed suicide. He's been seen wearing a white hospital gown with the Sacred Heart hospital logo embroidered on it where he was assumingly treated.
There have been rumors over this young boy who had an incurable disease and couldn't cope with the pain. Most sightings have been non-malicious but some reports have said that he has wild mood swings and could be potentially harmful to residents.

Comment by L: Slept over in my friend's room numerous times in Governors Hall, and we have witnessed a misty/shadow thing in the hall. This was in 2014/2015.

In Eau Claire on 14th in Birch there is something in the duplex across the street from the gas station I lived there for two months. The light would flicker TV would come on by it's self I had a figure jump on me when I was sleep.
You also hear footsteps going up and down the basement stairs all day long when you get up to see who is coming up the stairs it would be nothing there. The figure that jumped on me was an old white evil man that was kind off of grayish looking sometimes something would get in the bed with meyou could feelsomething rubbing on you.
