I don't know if this haunting is still active because it's been quite a while since I lived in Grantsburg and saw this but I saw it many times. I saw what looked like the shape of a woman rise out of memory lake.
I saw this so many times I can't count it. It was a bit like a cloud but it had a glow to it and it was always the same shape and location. I never spoke to anyone about this when I lived there, I was worried about people thinking I was insane.
