I used to work for Kaukauna School District. The civic auditorium at Riverview was built in 1963. I used to have to spend a week every summer setting up the stage / auditorium for a concert a task I usually had to do by myself.
Every summer I noticed more and more weird stuff... Lights with a mind of their own, sudden cold spots, problems with my radio. Eventually I started seeing things move out of the corner of my eye and my last summer there I saw a figure! A fully formed figure floating like mist at the bottom of the steps by the stage.

Naturally I freaked and got out of there. I've heard two stories both about a student who hanged herself backstage. I've never been able to find out anything to verify it but it's pretty much common knowledge among students and faculty.

My son and I walked down a trail that used to be a train track that runs along Konkapot Creek. One afternoon in 2011 we took a walk, but that time we went a little bit further than usual. We noticed a two-story house. It was painted a light green. The attic window was boarded up. The back of the house was facing the trail. The yard looked like it hadn't been mowed for a while. We could hear music playing on the radio, just instrumental music. It sounded like music you'd hear from the 40s. I said to my son how I would love to metal detect that yard. We walked past it for maybe 1/4 mile, turned around and walked back from the way we came.
