Is there a haunting on Lake Street in Marinette because there would be times about 11:30 or 12:00 midnight I would see little spirits of a little girl and a little boy walking around. Just wondering if anyone heard of anything that happened here. It's strange, doesn't scare me, but really weird. Please help me and let me know, thank you.

I have a question. Has any one heard about a little boy freezing to death in Marinette WI on Parnell Street. My cousins live in this house, and there is a ghost in the house and they don't know if it's true or not but they looked it up online a while ago and it said there was a little boy that froze to death here.
