I was a bartender there in the 1980s when it was the Donges Bay inn. It had been the old car bar and other names prior. One of the owners lived in the apartment upstairs, so it was not unusual to hear sounds of footsteps coming through the bar ceiling. Upon closing one night I heard footsteps coming from the apartment, but I didn't think anything of it, except it was strange not to see the owner's car in parking lot. When I left to go home (my car

was the only one in the lot). I talked to the owner the next day and asked him why I didn't see his car the night before. He told me he hadn't been home

at all. There are other stories about the previous owner having died there, etc.
