I used to work as a security guard at schlitz office Park downtown. I heard stories about the keghouse which used to be part of the old brewery. There is a woman in a blue dress who is seen here by the guards especially during times of construction.
Other guys who worked there said that you could see her in the underground tunnel connecting the basement with another building. They told stories of things falling in the basement and of hearing voices and a baby crying.
The building does have a skylight that covers the atrium roof which makes creaking noises as it is heated and cooled by the sun. The only thing I ever experienced personally was once as I was leaving the building after a patrol I thought I heard a voice behind me.

It sounded very creepy but in retrospect it was probably noises from the skylight. I never saw anything in the basement or in the tunnel.
