I recently bought an apartment, and I've been hearing screams in the night, and my lights have been flickering around 2 am. During these experiences my dog won't look at me directly only behind me. He constantly stares out the window when I look to see what he's looking at. I see movement, and the window is cracked open.
When my girlfriend comes over she says she sees apparitions around me, but I can't see them myself.

Comment by Angel: I'm pretty sure your girlfriend has a special power to see ghosts and such. Ask her what they look like, and maybe go to the library and look at the history of your apartment.

I moved to Monroe in 2008 after purchasing a house on 28th ave. Shortly after moving in I started a landscaping project in the backyard and dug up the gravestone of a child from the early 1900's. I was more than a little freaked out by this.
