I have a dashcam and was compelled not to hit it. What I saw was long lazy strokes of wings. I'm a bird nut and had seen snowey owl days before, and this thing was 4 to 6 times that of a bald seagull, but full plumage as of a red tailed hawk? I can't make this stuff up.

This is an account of a real sighting of a mothman family. This happened to me about 35 years ago on Trempealeau Mountain Wisconsin. Google ''mothman contact at Trempealeau mountain. Wisconsin''. The experience was so traumatic that I lost memory of it for over 30 years.

I believe this happened in sept of 2011. We were coming home from Berlin and it was sunset. I live on 22nd ave. We went through Spring Lake then turned onto yy. As we drove along I could see what look like a large prehistoric bird.
