I lived in those townhouses on Stillwell and had some strange experiences as well. I don't necessarily remember seeing specific figures but I would have things disappear and reappear. The most memorable was the disappearance of my wedding ring.
We had packed and moved everything out of the apartment and I went back to clean and do a final check. In the medicine cabinet right in the center of the bottom shelf was my wedding ring which had

disappeared months earlier.
I had packed everything that was stored in it myself but then my ring just magically reappeared.... The ghost was giving

it back! I could go on about different experiences but.... Yeah the townhouses on Stillwell definitely have some activity going on!.

Comment by Kinni: I too had some very strange experiences on Stillwell in those townhouses while I lived there including a mysterious fire in our basement the day a good friend of ours had passed away, a man standing at my bedside, and then again at the foot of my bed while I slept..
