Late one night Marie was sleeping in the den when awaken by a freezing cold sensation. When she looked up she saw the figure of a man in white clothes. She then did the one thing you never should do when seeing a ghost and blinked...
He was nowhere to be found. This is not the first time that people have encountered the presence of elroy. Elroy is the ghost of a young boy that died of epilepsy at age 24. Past owners have also encoutered elroy.
