You can see dozens of them moving around the house on my security cameras... So now I know why it gets or stays cold out.

I so believe in the paranormal. I really get spooked and creeped out a lot whenever I take my children to go for a walk there by the park there by the lake. They like to look at the birds and geese and feed them and play. Recently my daughter said ''mommy, look at that lady out on the water. '' I looked at about a few yards right out on the water as it seemed she was walking on water, but she was hovering floating. She had raven black beautiful hair, but I couldn't really see her face, but there was this light reflecting from her above the water. I cannot really describe it without freaking out.

It was a bright light surrounding her like a beacon. Anyway, she only appeared during the day. The park I'm referring to is directly across the street from the DeKoven place. There is a new jogging bike trail there now as well, and some benches where there's a lot of grass with the lovely scenic view of the lake. However, if you happen to be coming from the side of that street it's right next to a house with a fence that kind of slopes down to a hill and go all the way down the hill. At around 12 to 3 o clock you can see her through a specific time just gracefully floating.
Now I believe in the paranormal since I was little, but this ghost seems friendly yet somber. Harmless, I don't know, but she appears to have been from a different time maybe the 20s. If anyone can give any more details on who this lady is, that will be more than appreciated. I just wonder who she is and what happened to her and why she is on the lake. God bless her. RIP Lake Lady Ghost. PS at night there's another ghostly light it's like a bright neon green that grandpa took a picture of.

Comment by Tammy: Oh, my goodness. I thought I was seeing things at first. The first time I saw her was in the 60s, but now that you mentioned this I thought I was the only one. At least others have gotten a clearer sighting of her since I lost my eye to blindness. All those years I definitely saw her but not that clearly. I only saw her a little far away. At the time I was on a picnic. I just looked up and gazed out upon the water and there she was gracefully hovering atop the lake with long hair, but the color of her hair was white. Some say her hair is black. Others say it's white. Anyway she was hovering with a beautiful 1920s style dress. I know now that I wasn't just seeing a figment of my imagination. Even now I'm in my 80s, I still remember how lovely she is. Scary but lovely.
