the springs move as someone was sitting next to me. Initially I was frightened, but the presence was more of a comforting feel. I finally put two and two together on my birthday last winter. I was upset and missing my mother terribly. My sister was with me, but I continued to be in a depressed mood.
I lay down in the late afternoon and began to weep for my mother. As I lay there the hair on my neck and arms started to stand up, and I got the overwhelming

feeling that I wasn't alone. Then I heard the bedsprings move behind me, and the bed sag. I turned expecting my sister, but there wasn't anyone there,

but I saw and felt the imprint of someone next to me. This time instead of fear I took comfort. I smelled my mother's favorite perfume (White Diamonds. ) I knew who it was, mom. I said softly ''I love you mom. '' Eventually as I fell asleep; the presence left. She returns once and a while to comfort myself and my sister (my sister doesn't have my gifts but takes comfort in what I tell her that mom is looking out for us.).
