I lived in a two-story yellow house in Tomah, Wisconsin about six years ago. I don't remember the address, but I believe it was right down the alley from a school with a playground. It looked old inside. Someone said it used to be an all girls school that was moved. I'm not sure if that was true or not, but I live there for almost a year. One night I heard footsteps on the stairs. It was as if someone was constantly walking up and down the staircase. I heard whispering and quiet laughing as if younger people were trying to secretly go upstairs. It sounded very real. It was nobody in my house that's for sure. When I woke up that morning one of my family members said they were hearing strange noises that night .

I lived at Fairview Estates Apartments in 1999 and 2000. It was right after my fiancé and father of my daughter died in a car accident. I started dating my now husband about a year after moving in. We had gone out one night then went back to my apartment, so it was late at night. My boyfriend got up to go to the restroom. Then I saw him walk into my daughter's room. She was not there at the time, so I asked him ''why are you going in there?'' I heard him call her name. I told him that she was not home.

He walked into my room white as a ghost and said ''I seriously just followed a little girl into her room and she went into the closet.'' The look on his face scared the daylights out of me. We left right away and went to his house. There was also a time at the same apartment and in the same room that the light would turn on and stay on for a bit. Then I would look down there, and it would be off. It wasn't flickering either like a light bulb going out.
I had a friend that stopped coming over to my apartment because he never felt comfortable there. He would always get creeper out being there. I do want to set the record straight though I do not believe it was my daughter's father doing anything there. I do believe it was a child because I have heard of other people having things happen at the same apartments.
