About 3 years ago my parents were gone on a trip. I was asleep in their bed and woke up to a scratch and a knock. I looked around the room and saw a black shadow human figure waving. There was no fan or window open. The next night my mom saw it too. The next night and from then on nothing.

On Linwood terrace a siluette of a heavy set man can be seen at random times during the year walking through the house exspecially the upper hall and master bedroom. Muffled banging can be heard during the night in this room as well and if you are sitting in the living room next to the picture window the scurrying of rodents can be heard between the first and seconf floor funny thing is this is a solid floor with no voids in it for small rodent actvity.
