We built a duplex in Wrightstown 15 years ago. We still live on one side of building. When my husband and his friend were framing the place and just walls were up no plaster yet I walked in for first time and was immediately drawn to room just down the stairs.
My stomach started turning and had a panicky feeling. Sick to my stomach. 3 months later we moved in. The very first night we get a phone call from couple who lived in other side of duplex. (the

couple who helped us build duplex) my husband answered phone and his buddy says - dude! You gotta come over here.
Me and my old lady can hear this

moaning noise coming from corner of the kitchen. So we go over and we're standing in kitchen and everyone can hear moaning sound except me. So about a week later my husband and I were sitting on couch that was located just in front of steps that goes to lower level.
My husband just went to bed and we were kind of talking back and forth and all of a sudden this crashing noise came from the bedroom downstairs. The same room months before that gave
