This year in the summertime, about July, I moved to a new apartment along with my uncle. I've always been able to sense things that aren't there, and in this apartment I can definitely feel something. My uncle is currently working at a ship, so that makes home alone six months of the year while attending to school. There seems to be a woman spirit with me when I am home alone. I have experienced a few things that are very weird.
My washing machine is down in the basement, so every time I need to do the laundry I have to go downstairs. I do not feel like the woman spirit likes me being down there because she seems to not like the mess with the clothes.
One time I was outside the basement door to get my clothes. Suddenly it felt like someone was holding the door, so I could not get in. It gave me the creeps and ended up not going downstairs to the laundry room.

Another time I was having a friend over at my place. We were eating dinner together and made a mess while cooking. We sat down to eat and then decided to clean up. My friend was holding a trash bag while I was throwing away the trash. We stood there facing each other and talking while cleaning. Suddenly a loud woman's voice passed behind me, and I jumped over the floor and screamed. My friend looked terrified as I could not speak for the next minute trying to gather what just happened. To this day we still speak about the weird woman's voice I heard that evening.

Another day my same friend was sleeping over at my place. We were laughing and joking as always. I said that I needed to get some fresh sheets for my bed. We went together to my uncle's bedroom. She sat down on his bed and suddenly looked sick. I asked if she was okay, but she said that something was in the room with us. She wanted to leave the room right away, so we did.
I will update if anything out the normal happens again.
