Ghosts in my apartment on 19th and Scoville. First saw ghosts for years, now hear them whispering. Not crazy. Wondering if anyone died here. Can't get information.

Comment by Glenn: Stanley and Home Avenues. Thumping sound on bedroom door. Heard it from both sides of door. Windows closed. No drifting air. Second night it has happened. Apartment building is 90-100 years old according to landlord. Happens when door is closed.

My parents, sister and I lived in a house in the middle of Berwyn, the town was quiet and the neighbors were pleasant. Since we were little my sister and I had experienced paranormal activity, after a few years it stopped and it began around 1998. By this time we were in our late teens, our imagination could not play tricks on us and the stuff we began experiencing was not made up. We began to hear noises, cold spots and shadow figures in the house. I slept in the basement while it took a while for me to see it, one day I woke up feeling as if something, a strong force was pressing with a lot of force on my chest. I was not able to breathe, let alone say I few words. As I began to grasp air I yelled out a prayer and the pressing went automatically away.
I began having nightmares every night, the basement e began turning cold even in the winter season when the heater was on. My sister experienced doors shut closed on her face. One day she was locked in her room unable to open the door, my grandmother who lived downstairs was visited by my uncle... She said ''I was screaming at the top of my lungs for him to come upstairs and open the door... '' it took him almost 40 minutes to hear her... By the time he got there he opened the door without any force... My sister's face was filled with fear and agony... She lost her voice for 3 days caused by all the screaming.
One day getting ready to leave, I had the radio on I was at the door... Then realized ''huh the radio is on''... On my way to kitchen to turn the radio off and within an inch of pressing the off/on button the radio shut off by itself. Being rational I thought power went off... Looked over microwave and the light was on, turned on the kitchen light... Then I realized this was turned off by someone else... As I turned back to door a cold breeze past right through me for a second or two my mind went blank, I felt the air kicked out of my stomach and felt light headed.
