I hear lots of voices and see lots of people who disappear in the blink of an eye.

It started when I met this man from Blackstone, IL. I had nowhere to stay, and he had a two-floored house to himself, so he offered me a room if I paid rent or helped on the property. I accepted this, but little did I know I would be walking straight to the portal of hell. The house was old and had two floors. It was painted light blue on the outside with grey roof tiles. It had a warm chestnut chimney surrounded by two or three farms and another which I either believed was a chicken coop or shed. He had a couple of neighbors in a walking and driving distance. A lot of the junk was being moved out as he was thinking of selling the house which I believe by now another family has already moved in.
It all started when I first started staying there. I would wash dishes, and suddenly a glass would break. I figured that I had accidentally knocked over one, so I acted as if it didn't happen. I also would hear footsteps upstairs that would get louder if I did not investigate. I did not want to bring these issues up with the man who had been renting this place out to me because it was right outside the town I had been looking to live in soon once my boyfriend finished his time in the army.

However, things got worse. During the night it was like a portal literally. Outside I would see lights almost like LED car lights blaring into the property. When I looked there would be nothing there. I would hear things coming from one of the barns. It was almost as if chains were rattling. Sometimes we heard banging and laughing. These things can happen with older properties, so I tried to shake it off. That is until I started hearing voices and woke up with burns. Then soon the burns turned to scars and scratches. I have always been careful. I have never had any problems with sleeping, and I have never thought about self infliction.

I have felt spirits, and I have fallen down the stairs before, and I know I was pushed down. This house had me scared for life. I tried prayers, sage, meditation, blessings, and calming oils. Nothing has worked. I am now living in a new town in a newly built home with my husband, and I am expecting a child. Good luck to whoever moves in. .
