A house on East Charles by the park is about 200 years old. I grew up in it and some ghost named Sidney used to play with me when I was little. When I got older I forgot about her until I woke up one night in my room and she was standing there talking to me; I was so scared I couldn't yell.
Also once there was something white that passed my cousins in the upstairs hallway really quick, and there would always be doors slamming and windows slamming.
