June 1st and 2nd 2010 Camp McNair Carlyle, Ill. My first camping trip with my family we had two tents set up on the camp spot and our van parked nearby. During the day the weather was hot and perfect for swimming but both evenings out there terrible thunderstorms took place.
Our tent became slightly flooded with water so the next evening I was determined to get everyone awake and into the van . I didn't want to go through the same problem with the

tent pouring in rain.
It was very late and lightning flashed a couple of times as I stood outside for a short while observing the oncoming storm and
|
the wind picking up. It seemed relaxing at first. That is until I noticed what appeared to be a translucent figure of a man who came from nowhere peering behind the tree and then almost glided away as he seemed to take notice of me. He was wearing a cap and swiftly disappeared as fast as he had appeared.
I was very intrigued yet startled. And didn't mention the incident. Later my husband told me that as we were all settling into the comfort of the van he
