Chicago is most definitely a very haunted city. I've had pretty radical things happen in the last 7 years that I've lived here, including grace cemetery orbs of light flying at me, not just suspended in the air still but flying at me. One was going through my forehead. This is true. I got it on digital camera. I also went down to Resurrection Cemetery and did not see resurrection Mary. She's been gone for years, but owner of Chet's Melody Lounge said he had a couple of tiny things in there that run around on the floor before I knew any of this I had entered and heard. Two little voices whispering to each other as if talking about me, and the voices came from close to the floor. I currently work in a place where the Chicago fire started, and it is pretty active with something. De Koven Street.

I live in an apartment in northwest Chicago (West Town) and I've lived there for about 15 years or so. While growing up I realized that I was able to hear, sense, and see ghost/negativity. As a child I didn't understand quite well, so it would freak me out. I've had various things happen to me. I recall being in the living room listening to music. I remember shutting off the lights because I was getting ready to head out to my room. As soon as I turned around there was a little boy standing a few feet away from me. His height was about up to my hip, so he was very small for I am only 5'1.

I've had my name get called out a couple of times where it was a very low pitch sound. Now that I'm older; I've gotten use to my ability to see ghost. I have one experience that stands out to me even though I was about 3 years old or so. It happened in Arizona. I remember trying to wake my sister up because I needed to use the bathroom, but for some odd reason she would not wake up, so I decided to go on my own. I remember that I had to turn into the long hall, and as I turned around I saw a girl standing in the bathroom doorway. She was wearing a long dress pajama, with short hair, and was holding a lantern. I am 22 now, and I still clearly remember it.

I like to think I'm a spiritual person in life. My best friend's nephew committed suicide at age 15 back in 2011. I attended his wake and burial services. It was very tragic. So sad this happened to him. Anyway four days after his burial I happened to be reading a ghost book, and saw his spirit completely solid with an smirk on his face. It took me off guard since I wasn't expecting myself to see his ghost. I was very surprised to have this happened to. I truly believe he came to thank myself for his memorial services. May you rest in eternal peace with God, Andrew. :) .
