Atkin Park is where there used to be an old Indian burial site. That's why they didn't build any houses there. If you go there at night you can sometimes see shadows moving around and sometimes you will walk right into a cold spot.
It feels like there's a patch of air that is very cold and you walk out of it and it's back to normal. The shadows are really spooky. It's like a there's a person there casting a shadow but there's no one there.

Matteson 3 miles away: I'm trying to find out. Ever since moving here, I had nothing but very bad luck. Smoke detectors go off all of them, and even if you take the batteries out, they still be sounding. TV turns on and off...
