Comment by anonymous: I live there in the shelter part and yeah there are ghost but no one has seen any in the gym though . This building is more then a 100 years old and don't forget to mention that a few years ago a little girl drown in the pool we have here and a lot of times you can here a little girl yelp or crying in the hallways and down there.

I was maybe seven when my cousin was having a baby shower at the Tilton School in the gym. I'm thirty-one now and still remember this very well. My cousins and I decide to play hide and seek on the second or third floor. There were lockers on one side of hall. We were going to hide in a locker but felt this cold breeze. We looked to our left in the classroom. A window was open in the classroom, and I then saw an old teacher with her back turned to me. She was writing on the chalkboard. She looked like she was from the 1800s. I remember feeling very cold. I froze. I could not move. I was shocked.

I'll never ever forget that. Then I took off running. I was scared and crying. I went back into gym my grandmother said to me ''what's wrong? You look like you saw a ghost or something. Your face is pale. '' I then said I did see one, but everybody just laughed at me. They didn't believe me and my cousin that we saw a ghost.

The house I live in now was built back in the 1980s. My step dad lived next door to the lady who built it. Her name was Tiny. My step dad said she was really nice. So my mom, sisters, and I moved in. My step dad was in the basement one night and he said he felt someone looking at him and heard heavy breathing.
