No one was in the house that day, and there is no way that it was a mannequin. I decided to do some research, and I found a story about a man and his wife who saw a woman in a window wearing a Victorian dress. I feel like it might have been the same figure we saw in the doll house. .

My mother and I were arguing and I decided to leave the house. I was only 16 at the time. I had nowhere else to go, so I went to the Hopkins Park. I was going to sleep in the tube that was there. It was dark and a bit creepy. I also knew of the rumors about the park at night though. I didn't care. I didn't feel or really believe that it was haunted. As I lay in the tube I started to feel like someone was watching me. I would look around and see no one. After a while I felt it again. This time when I looked to see if anyone was there I saw multiple shadows over by the trees and close to where I was.

I didn't really know what to do, so instead of staying there I went back home and never told anyone what happened or why I came back. Till this day I still go there at night wanting to see what I saw before. I've always had the feeling like something was watching me as a child, but when I moved to DeKalb I felt it even more.

I used to live on Sunflower Dr. I used to hear loud banging on the front door when no one was there. Lights turn on and off on their own. My kids would see a male figure in the hallway. I have been out of that home for three years and still wake up with haunting images of that home.
