Ghosts frequently spotted on Famdale Road in East Peoria. Just today I saw what can only be described as a ''glitchy'' ghost!.

Along terminal Avenue (close to fahey hollow and Bloomington roads) a rutted gravel washboard road not kept up by the county sits the ruin of 622 terminal Avenue. A string of tenants fled the house when it was intact.

No one could stay there for long. Ghostly faces have been seen peering out of the shattered windows by those driving by and slowing for a better glimpse of the wrecked house. It is halfway hidden by hedges.

One former tenant who does not wish to be named said that furniture moved across the room while you watched and that 'dark shadows' flitted across the room. It is one helluva creepy place and I always drive fast going by there to visit relatives further down the road!.

Comment by Tom: I lived in that house over 20 years ago. Was in bad shape but no ghosts. If you know who owns it, I would like to buy it.
Comment by Red: That house sat empty for many many years but all us neighbors would have known if anyone had ever seen apparitions there. House has been torn down after it's roof caved in.
