The yellow house with the big satellite dish in the back yard. If you live in Effingham you should know what I'm referring to. A lot of supernatural occurrences have occurred in that house. I once lived there and my family has told me many stories.
Casbar cemetery is a very scary place, many weird things happened there to us kids back in the '80s. I actually talked to a spirit via Ouija board in King's Cemetery in Bishop Creek, IL. Never underestimate this county.

Comment by Mike: The house on Lawrence Street was owned by Mabel (Funk) and Ray Meyers. Yes it was haunted. My aunt lived there in the 70s and 80s. Mabel and Ray's dog could be heard on many a night barking or making noise.

Trouble was the dog was long dead. We had a few other strange things like moving shapes in the dark.
Comment by anonymous: There is no way any of these people lived in the house on Lawrence Street; my grandparents lived in that house from the 70s to the mid 90s and it was actually built by my great grandpa.
