Eureka Lake was built on a haunted location and now the haunting has moved to the lake itself. The haunting comes from the horrific murders that took place by there before the dam was built. The area was very haunted before the construction and any knowledgeable person would have told them that constructing a lake on top of a haunting is a no-no without proper exorcism procedures.
