I've been searching everywhere for any records of hauntings in Godfrey. I used to live there for nearly all of my life so far in fact. The house I lived in was pretty old I'm sad I don't know the full history of it. We'd bought it from someone who'd also lived in it for quite a while.
But anyway. I'm not sure if I can really call this a 'ghost sighting'. Since it has 1) been at least 2 years since I lived in that house and 2) we never experienced an

exceptional paranormal moment.
But I digress I as well as my mother both agree that this house was cursed at the least. She reported hearing someone
|
walk up and down the hall in the middle of the night although I'll admit there's a chance it could have been me! But I'm not sure about anything else from her.
My experiences however still make me question that house to this day. Dreams from that house have stuck with me ever since. I'd have nightmares of faces in windows either old men or demonic like women / witches.
They'd simply stare at me through the window and I wouldn't be able
