I was on Green Road in Harvard when I saw what appeared to be a large terrier-size dog appear against the trees along the road. As I approached, the dog disappeared. I had one of our dogs with me but no response although he was a few yards behind. Does anyone know of ghostly happenings on Green Road? I have heard that Green Road is known locally as haunted but have not heard first hand stories.

This was as a child. It will be short. This was about 2 am. I was sitting outside my house with other friends. We were young about ages 12-15. We used to sneak out just to hang out in each other's houses or front yard or home. Well, this particular day we were sitting on my front porch when we saw a mail man walk past us. It was something sudden when we all looked at each other We were thinking what a mail man with a bag was doing at 2 am. Then we looked again, and he was gone. He might not be a ghost, but he appeared and disappeared rather quickly. He never looked at us or anything. I can't recall if one of my friends said hi, and we got no response.

At this point and time I'd rather not same my name. I do however need to bring to attention to people who might want to move to Harvard near Rt 14 and Northfield. Before moving into the area I had a few situations in my life where I thought that something had happened, but since then or more less since time has passed I guess I brought myself to believe that it was something of my imagination. That was until I moved to Harvard.
Just 10 days after moving in I was up watching television late in the evening, it was somewhere near 3:30 am when I started to hear movement in the living room and then a walking toward my bedroom. My girlfriend was asleep and as I lowered the volume of the movie I was watching the sound of footsteps became more intense.
