There's an empty lot on Oketo and Lawrence, it's been empty for as long as I have lived here which is about ten years now. Does anyone know what used to be there because I have seen an apparition of a man in that empty lot on several occasions.
I drive past quiet often and when I do I always take a look at the empty lot to see if I see him this time. Most of the time I don't but sometimes I do. He's a very ordinary looking man. Looks about middle

age and contemporary looking.
He's visible for a couple of seconds and then he's gone. If he wouldn't vanish the way he does you would just think he's

a regular person standing there.
