Comment by Rachel: Was this on Parkview? The house right next to the woods with like a two acre backyard. Bar in the basement? I lived there from 5 years old to 9. Experienced the same exact thing.

In the basement of 9th St. Cafe in Highland, I was working when out of the corner of my eye I saw a little girl standing there about 4 feet tall, with brown hair, wearing a blue and white dress clutching a teddy bear.
But there was no sense of fear or uneasiness. She was gone as fast as she appeared.
