There used to be a dive bar in Hillsboro called 'Chances' that was a well of despair for lost souls underachievers and hopeless addicts. It is an empty building now, but at certain times late at night you can hear screaming. The negative energy from those who wasted their lives there lives on in the structure. Warning: Not for faint of heart. .

Some of my friends and I have been on the Seven Sister Road both in the day and the night. Believe me when I say the road can be scary at both times. In the day I have witnessed people appearing out of nowhere and feeling my truck run over them, but when I stopped to help them, nobody was there. I have hunted the woods along this road, and I have witnessed a huge buck deer get shot and run a short distance and disappear in front of my buddies and me.

At night it just gets scarier. There is a phantom car that follows you down the road and then disappears. A huge animal has been known to grab your vehicle if you go slowly down the road with your lights off. I know for sure the land that used to be the old Arney farm and the farm past it on the left on top of the biggest hill are haunted big time.

Many of my friends and I have been on the road known as the Seven Sisters. It is a well known road in Hillsboro mostly for jumping its hills, but some of us that are brave enough have gone out at night and drove down it very slowly. We have seen vehicle's lights right behind us. Then it just disappear, and no there wasn't a drive to turn off on in the area it disappeared. One of my friends said he was invited to a place on the Seven Sisters and was scared to death when a man appeared and told him to get off his land. He knew he was being yelled at by a ghost because his lower half of his body was missing.
