I live in the area of Gracie's Mansion and have gone to investigate it on multiple occasions within the past 5 years. Whilst there I can honestly say I have never seen anything that cannot be fully explained; however, there are two occasions in which myself and multiple other people that were with me have seen what appeared to be a carriage down the road from where Gracie's Mansion is.

wasn't just our subconscious just taking over us as we have all heard the stories. I would also like to add that the basement which is the only part of

the house that is still there is not accessible. There is a corn crib/ barn that still stands in a clearing just west of the house approximately 100 feet that has stories surrounding it as well although I have personally never had any paranormal experiences with it.
I would not recommend anyone try and go there unless you are either a local or are with a local. A person who lives just down the road from Gracie's will try to scare people off by chasing
