these events to Dan and his mother. He told me he and his family had not experienced any paranormal events since buying the home.
While I believe Dan to be an honest man (a high school teacher retired) I had a sense he may have withheld the ''truth'' about any activity since his mother (then 84 yrs old) was present. I currently live in El Cajon California and am willing to answer questions to any competent investigator about these issues.

old house is still there even though the rest of the neighborhood has been demolished. It is located next to the asphalt company on Brandon road.

Comment by Interested Joe: Where is this location on Brandon Road in terms of Laraway Road? I once lived on the farm whose property began at the southwest corner of Brandon and Larkin. I believe that not only is that farm and it's houses gone now but even Brandon Road no longer exists at that point if I'm not mistaken.
Comment by Family: The house is still there even though others have been demolished. It has been added to a historic registry so it can never be torn down. With some other family members I visited it some time around 2009 and Dan was generous enough to let us take a tour down memory lane.
