I live in the Spring Lake area of Manito, Illinois and I can definitely say that all this area is absolutely haunted. This whole area is Indian burial ground. Late at night if you sit right by the woods you can hear Indians doing a battle cry, and if you go in the woods at night then you can feel someone following you and you get the feeling that whatever is in there doesn't want you there.
Inside of my house we have this black shadow that you can see

from time to time, and things get moved, and doors lock on their own. Ever since my daughter was born I've been hearing a baby crying when she is awake,

but when she is asleep I don't hear anything.
