I bought our house in 1999 when it was just me and my 2 sons since then I have remarried and my husband has 2 children of his own nothing really weird has happened other then one of my sons started having night terrors at the age of 9.
Then 3yrs ago we had a child together she too is experiencing night terrors and has slept all night maybe 2 weeks worth. Back about 3months ago weird stuff started happening the door to the house opening on it's

on at first I thought it was the kids not getting it shut.
Then it would sound like someone coming down the stair or walking through the house or something

banging and now we have water stains on our bedroom wall that appeared one night couple of weeks ago and it hadn't rained in bout 2 weeks no water lines run through there either..
One day I was trimming the babies nails and it sounded like someone came down the stairs and jumped the gate and no one was there . I know I didn't imagine it cause the baby yelled for her brother and no one answered.
The other day our kitchen was filled with smoke
