My parent's owned a house on River road just south of Nauvoo. They had many unexplained experiences but I once had my own. I was in the bathroom when the doorknob began to slowly turn back and forth and the door shook back and forth as if someone was trying to get in.
I keep saying just a minute! But the turning and rocking continued. It continued right up to when I turned the knob myself and opened it... No one was there. Everyone in the house

that night were in other areas.

We were visiting Nauvoo in June of this year. Me my cousin and two girls when out and hit the town. Strolling through the historical district is beautiful at night. All the buildings and the temple lit up.
We were heading back to our hotel when we passed a darkened house. It was empty because there was a for sale sign. We looked at it admiring the Colonial building. Out of nowhere there was this deep gurgling/growling noise.
Scared we ran fearing it was a dog but when I looked at the house while running I saw two red eyes staring back in the window. It was no dog.
